By using Negativa you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

The service

Negativa is in beta. It is provided as-is, may change, break, or be discontinued, and we make no promises about availability or fitness for any purpose.

Not medical advice

Negativa is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or a medical device. Its readings are reflections on your own words, not diagnoses, treatment, or advice. Do not use Negativa in a crisis. If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency number.

Your content

You own everything you write. You grant us the limited license needed to store your entries, process them to generate your readings, and display them back to you. Nothing more.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no attempts to break, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload it, and no use that is unlawful.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Negativa is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us — which, during the beta, is nothing.

Termination

You can stop using Negativa at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
