Delivery and refunds
Full Negativa Readings are personalized digital products. After purchase and completion of a Loop, the reading is generated online and saved to the customer's Journey. No physical product is shipped.
If a paid reading cannot be delivered because of a technical problem, the customer may contact Negativa at support@negativa.world within seven days for regeneration or a refund. Completed and successfully delivered personalized readings are otherwise non-refundable.
Negativa is an educational self-reflection product. It is not therapy, medical treatment, mental-health diagnosis, crisis support, or professional counseling.
